By accessing and using the services of Purity Portable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Purity Portable provides portable restroom rental services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
Payment is due upon booking confirmation unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. Full payment is required before service delivery.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Customers must provide clear access to delivery and pickup locations. Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear will result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for ensuring the rental location is suitable for our equipment.
Purity Portable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
